At CLOVENIA, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Footwear must be returned in the original shoe box without any damage to the box itself (please place the shoe box inside another shipping box).

2. EXCHANGES (SIZE & COLOR)

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky. We offer a one-time free size exchange for most items.

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at support@clovenia.com.

  • We will provide instructions on how to send the original item back and get your new size shipped out quickly.

3. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 7-10 business days.

  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address provided by our customer support team.

  • Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items (unless the item arrived damaged or defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take a photo and contact us immediately at support@clovenia.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for you at no extra cost.
